The Scenario: I have a friend who is generous enough to finance an inexpensive property for me in Pennsylvania. Since she neither owns the home or is selling it to me (3rd party owner), I believe this would not fall under the guidelines of an “owner financed” or “seller carry back” property.
The Question: can anyone direct me to a source where I can find information regarding Pennsylvania laws and regs. for private financing? I’ve tried to maneuver the PA.GOV website with no success. Is there a standard contract that I could be looking for?
