If I received $500 because seller opts out of providing a PCDA disclosure form and said $500 is reflected on the purchase price, when at final walk through, I found some structural defects of the house, can I back out the contract if seller refused to repair it or seller is protected by already giving me the $500 and it is deemed to be received by me because said $500 is already deducted from the purchase price?
