I also have another concern. The condo that I bought is really a townhouse sytle. The association who runs the community does a really great job. But the biggest problem is the parking. They only allow one car per house when it is usually two cars per house. I might want to keep on investing in this area,(It is an iffy neighborhood)so I can revitalize it maybe. Any tricks on putting some leverage on the association to expand the parking?
