I own a parking lot with 30 stalls adjacent to my multi-use commecial building. Signs are posted everywhere that parking is for the Clock Tower building only. Parking is limited in the neighborhood.
Problem- people lately have been parking vehicles in my lot and leave their vehicle and go off the property. Does anyone have any ideas for a form or clause that I should print out to place on windshields, when I see people who are not authorized to park?

If you really want to be aggresive, call a local towing company. Tell them the problem and see if they have signs they will furnish for you to post. These signs should (at a minimum) tell anyone that illegally parks, that their vehicle will be towed (at owners expense) by this “XYZ” towing company, and a phone number to call in the event their vehicle is towed.
