I have been to the last 4 National PaperSource Conventions, am a PaperSource subscriber and know the Mencarows personally. The Mencarows and their company are top notch, legitimate and highly ethical. They are very highly regarded in the industry and have helped countless individuals / companies in their endeavours.

What does anyone know about papersource and W.J. Mencarow? his website is very nice and detailed, but is his organization in good standing and legitimate? i would appreciate any comments about him, papersource and the courses and people he recommends. So far this is the best site i’ve found on paper and the note business. any other suggestions? you’re comments and input on any aspect of this interesting field would be greatly appreciated!
