Hello - I was wondering if anyone had an luck with finding good investment properties in the Palmdale or surrounding areas? Even Fresno (from which I’ve heard appears to be up and coming). I currently reside in the Santa Clarita area and prices in the LA County area are just ridiculous. I am new to the investment arena and desperately seeking to find good locations (preferably local) since I am a newbie. Additionally, I would like to know opinions and thoughts of seasoned investors on first timers, like myself, seeking out of state (again due to the cost of homes here in Los Angeles)?
