Hi.

I have a roof needs to be replaced. The roof is only 7 years old, but the eaves and facia has some damage. However, the gutter doesn’t show any damage. Some of the roofer said to replace it because it will look good, the other said that it is good for another five years or so.

Is it wise to replace the gutter? Can I just paint them? (I need to paint the whole house anyway.) I will sell this house shortly after the repair, so it needs to look good.

Any thoughts?
