If the property foreclosed via a judicial process, and no deficiency judgment was entered, the “Not Applicable” would be just mean that the person foreclosed on would had no liability that continued after the foreclosure was completed. NA makes more sense to me than zero.

Foreclosure in Pa, 2002. FHA. I know FC in Pa are judicial.

Judgement on credit report is a Public Record showing the entire amount defaulted on.

Date Resolved- NA
Liability Amount- NA

The property was sold, no deficiency, should the Liability Amount now show as -0-?
