In looking for junkers to flip or rehab I repeatedly come across empty, vacant, dilapidated properties with deceased, or otherwise absent owners who own it free and clear and whose address of record is still the actual property address. Mail is returned to sender and taxes are paid up to date. Any ideas how to find the person in control?
