i’m looking for some software that will allow me to keep track of my tenants buying with owner financing…
I have 2 tenants on whom I’m carrying the financing, and I’m using hard copy, pen and paper files…i want to find something better of course…
I want something that can notify me if they’re late, what their current balance is, etc…

Do a search on ebay for ‘landlord software’, find the one called RealTools. It does exactly what you ask, and you can get it for $39
