I owner financed land and house
legally done w/lawyer as a trustee
property has now not been paid in 2 months
can not find buyer;house appears abandoned
property only 3 years away from being paid off by buyer
what legal recourse do I have and how do I go about it?
Financilly I am in a crunch as the payment each month from buyer was crucial to me
