Depending on the option language regarding assignment I don’t think you need a new contract, unless you want to make the fourth option contingent on being able to assemble the larger parcel. To me that discloses more than is necessary to the owner of #4.
I’d prepare assignments for each option and be done with it, but it’s really hard to say without seeing the document you’ve used on the first three parcels.
