Is it possible to do a straight option on a property thats been foreclosed on,with a 6 month redemtion period, say, for a 3 to 5 month period? Or could I just do a P&S agreement and assign to rehabber? Or do I need the homeowner to quit claim deed the property to me to transfer redemtion rights?
