According to what you’ve typed, that’s your option period; that’s the time frame in which you have the right to buy the property. Do you due dilligence first.

Hi…obviously this is a newbie question, but on the Option to Purchase agreement there is a statement that says: Upon agreement the option would begin_____,2004 and end____20??. Well, are those blanks to be filled in according to the ‘terms’ you’ve just agreed upon for L/O? or is that the time frame for doing your due diligence? I’m thinking its for the TERMS. Just getting nervous about the first possible deal. Thanks
