I have had a thought, I wanted to run by you experienced legal minds.
If I buy a property that is a pre-foreclosure, Sub-2 and option back to seller in a 2 yr option. But I get the seller to move into another property I own, for the 2-year period. Assuming the numbers work to make a profit. Would the courts have problems with this, If I was to end up there?
The reason is I have found a distressed seller that needs a single level property for awhile (medical reason). I could buy their property and rent them another I own on a 2-yr lease and a option to by their old place back in 2 years for what I paid plus my profit. There is alot of equity. What do you all think? Thanks
