The sites people listed are all good sites for information. However, if you expect bed/bath and Sq ft as well, be sure to ask the database company if your county has that info availavle. In my county the courthouse does not record that for public record and even the database companies can’t get it for you. I would check with one and ask some questions before I would agree to anything if I were you. For me the MLS is my only option.
