FINALLY, sold my first home this week. Took almost 4 months. I still have one more home to go.
My home computer has completely crashed (died), and I’ve been unable to receive any emails. Once I sell this last home, I’ll be shutting my business down, as I need to focus on health issues. I want to thank everyone for their support and suggestions.

You are right to care for yourself first. If your health will allow, I hope to meet you in Atlanta. You provide the needed inspiration for this board by staying active in the market in spite of your condition. Thanks for that as well as your informative posts.
