I am not that familiar with OKC. I have customers in OKC from my fruit business and I have relatives there too. I was thinking about buying houses and then selling them on so much down and payments. I noticed when I was looking at realtor.com that there was 500 house between $40 and $50,000. In my area, Portland, Oregon the market has moved up drastically from the early 1990’s. Things that were in the $30’s, 40’s, 50’s are now 90’s + mostly so I wanted to look at other areas.
