It’s my first time and I’m scared. I am contracting with an owner of a 7-unit multifamily - we’re reviewing the contract on MONDAY! That means I have until about then to quell potential cold feet and I’m hoping someone on this site can help - I feel confident in the general population of folks that read/respond here to be trustworthy and knowledgable, so:
