The answer will be different for each one of us. How fast can you get the rehab done? The answer might be one month for some of us, and one year for others. So the answer will be somewhere in the middle.
Is the property vacant? Or do you have to convince someone that they need to move. This also could be a factor especially if an eviction is involved before the rehab can begin.
A good contractor can tell you how long the job should take, and how soon they can do it.
