If you buy and sell properties, even through a corporate entity, you have to disclose that one or more of the principals is a licensed agent. So, if you couldn’t buy as an individual, I don’t think you could buy through a corporation or LLC.

If someone works for a counties taxing district, and is also a licensed real estate professional is it unethical for him to buy investment properties for himself within that county. The district’s policy is that their employees with salesman licenses can not sell properties for anyone else, and receive a commission. If you purchase the property thru a corporation, do you still have to disclose your license status?
