I had 2 houses with loans that were sold to Ocwen. I hate that company. I left many messages and no one ever returned my calls. I got the feeling that they wanted me to default so they could take the houses I owned which I had quite a bit of equity in. Instead I was able to sell both houses, one closed last Friday and one is pending due to close in a wekk. I’m just happy to be done with them and hope to never do business with that shady company again. My loan on the current house that I live is is with Wolrd Savings and they’re great!

Anybody have success on obtaining a direct line to the loss mitigation dept for Ocwen Financial? I have made probably over 30 calls to various departments, but no one has yet to lead me to their loss mit. dept to offer a short sale. The majority of knuckleheads have lead to me another department with no affiliation with the dept. or actually re-routing me back to the main customer service line. I’m starting to think they dont even have one. Anyone have any success getting through? Whats the number?

Alex Valley is a loss mitigtion person “in charge attny”. Of course we have had bad bad luck with them, seems like they want you to default, oh wait that has been said already. Yes OCWEN is the antichrist, spawn of satan. and not a very nice company.

Good luck getting them to agree to anything. They are in the business of buying low grade loans and trying to collect on them. They have a decent sized office building right across the lake from me - here in Orlando, FLA.
From my experience in dealing with them, they don’t cut deals with anyone.
