If all you’re doing is setting up a LT and deeding a property into it, as per Garn St Germain law, there’s no issue as it’s not then any of the bank’s business.

Even the Big O, as sweet as they are (NOT!) to do business with, can do nothing adverse or hostile to you in that case.
