Neil, focus your attention on Nanakuli,Wainae, and Ewa beach areas. I don’t live in Hawaii but have invested there before. Believe it or not these 3 areas are great wholesaling opportunities with the Ewa beach area leading the way. This area is starting to explode with new growth near the beaches and rapidly escalating property will offer you great opportunity to flip land as well as houses. I just moved to the islands and boy what a difference the market here is than in Utah.

Is there anyone out there that can give me some tips as to what they specialize in on the island? It’s so small and I wonder who I can turn to for advise on the preforeclosure and rehab business here.
