You can also service your own note. Sometimes the real estate attorney/title company will help you calculate the payoff.

Worse case scenario…Go to Bankrate.com and get the amorization table and wing it.

Thank you for taking my question. When I do an owner finance type deal on anything, what is the best way to set up the legistics of the note. (How to figure payments, payoff, ect.) so that it is somewhat systemitized? Is there a cheap/free/ or whatever software program I should be using? Are there service companies out there that take care of setting up the note. . ect.
In short:
If you were to do an owc deal what would it look like from a specific, how do I know what the proper pmt and payoff at various stages in the note, point of view.
Do you just use your financial calculator.
