Hey guys, I am a recent college graduate looking to get started in real estate. Fair credit, no money to invest and only working part time job that I had my entire collegiate career.
Is there anyone that’s willing to work as an adviser or partner on a couple of deals? I have been looking into hard money or lease/purchase deals. I have purchased Carlton Sheets No Down Payment program and am ready to make some things happen.
