I am a relatively new investor and I am interested in the “buying and flipping” techniques described in many of the books I have read. Can anyone give me some incite on the effectiveness of this and perhaps a little advice. Also, I am having a little trouble locating an Investors club in the metro-Milwaukee area. Does anyboby know of any?
