HUD’s method of defeating the flipping technique revolves around he seasoning issue. i have not ran into the problem yet but supposedly they are now requiring 1 year seasoning. this seasoning issue can be defeated in a couple different ways, depending on their own methods of detail checking.

but the best one uses the performance mortgage technique. if your sellers are motivated enough, HUD’s new policy shouldnt affect you too much if flipping is your desired out.

I"m getting a list of NOD’s and need to know if any of them can be flipped. What if the nod is a hud property? I read
on one of the message boards that hud is taking steps to keep their properties from being flipped,is that so?
What method do I use?
