I suggest you read the information pertaining to other Notices which you will find on the Corporation Commissioner’s webpage.
Finally, you should review what you want to do with a CA lawyer familiar with CA security laws before you file any Notice with the Corporations Commissioner.

I just incorporated in CA using Bill Bronchick’s course. One of the things to do for CA was to file a notice of exemption for CA’s “BlueSky” security aw. (SEC25102f)

Does anyone know what this is? How and where can I get the form for filing this?
