Hello to all,
If I had an option to purchase a property with the right to assign my position to a third party Buyer, and I found a third party Cash Buyer. As the assignor do I exercise the option to purchase or does the third party Buyer exercises the option. I’m confused and can someone please clear this up for me. Thanks in advance for your help.
