Hallmark is a great place at the mall…

Seriously here are some places or people that come into contact with “real estate secured paper” from time to time. Network with them, let them know what you do and how you can help them and their clients. You can also go the courthouse for public record info on private seller finance mortgages and trust deeds that have been recorded, although this data is widely used.

here is the short list:

  • Attorneys, (probate, Real Estate, Estate planning, Elder Law,), I have found to be better as to specialty of practice

  • Bankers

  • CPA’s, Accountants, H&R Block offices,etc.

  • Realtors

  • Financial Planners

  • Credit Unions

  • Mortgage brokers

  • Real Estate Investors / Property rehabbers

  • Bail Bondsman

  • Builders

  • Developers

  • Lot salesman

  • Mobile home dealers

To your success,

Michael Morrongiello

There are over a hundred different sources of notes we have discussed here in the past. Many of these previous posts and some articles on finding notes are linked at:

or click on our banner up above. Our site also
features some extensive FREE articles, similar to
the many good articles right here at CRE.

Hope this helps, and best of luck!
