You have asked the right question, but in the wrong way. There are many “niche” markets in the note business, so there are no best notes.
Some people specialize in mobile home paper…See Dave Butler’s Tin Can Alley for sale on this site.
Other’s specialize in simultaneous closings, or real estate notes, or business notes, or structured settlements, or inheritances, or commission notes. The business is only limited by your imagination.
You should start by purchasing our book “Calculator Power” on this site. If you like the book, you can then start to decide for yourself which are the best notes to buy depending or your interests and abilities.
