Does anyone know who would want to buy second mortgage notes on doublewide manufactured homes with land? The dealer takes back seconds of 10 to 20% to make the deal no money down, but would prefer to sell them at a discount to get more cash to buy more land and be able to order more homes. I am a mortgage broker who arranges the financing for them. Thank you!
