First of all, the 2007 Noteworthy Convention in Las Vegas was awesome.
During the course of attending several workshops, I realized that almost everyone was in agreement that the process of gathering information from the note sellers and presenting it properly to the funding sources is important.
I repeatedly heard about the note information worksheet being used for various funding sources. I even attended a workshop where the presenter showed examples of poorly filled worksheet. Can’t remember his name, maybe Ed Lisogar, not sure …
Where can I find this worksheet? I would like it in electronic form, so that I can use it for many transactions. I found some online, but want it in electronic form. I know and understand that different funding sources may have slightly different information, but if I can get a worksheet which can handle 90% of the information and make it acceptable to the funding sources, then it will be good.

The Note information worksheet provides a funder with a basic “snapshot” of the particulars that surround a Note Transaction / deal. They generally ask for similar information about the property, the payors, and the particulars about the sale and repayment terms of the Note.
I can provide you with a copy of one we have our brokers use.
