Cesar:

Have you read the Cash Flow Forum here on creonline…? If not, you should visit the forum, spends hours and days reading posts, just as many do here on the main board. You will quickly learn that the moderators of the CF Forum, ala Morrongiello, Butler and Behle; (and NO they are NOT a law firm or associated other than sharing their vast knowledge on the cf forum), are some of the best out there. In addition to those three, Mr Terry Vaughn, co-owner of this site is also one of the brightest minds in the paper biz… ever.

Here are some of the courses offered by these quatro-mensa-minds on this site… Not an endorsement to buy, just check them out… it is free.

Also suggest you do a google search for John Behle and click on some of those links, where you find some of John’s courses…

Good luck on the hunt. You have just entered into the TWILIGHT ZONE of knowledge on paper investing.

Hopefully you and others are old enough to appreciate the TZ references. If not, sorry that you missed it; TV show in the late 50’s early 60’s; Rod Sterling.

I have been doing short sales for over 3 years and it has been going great. I have purchased notes from private lenders and smaller banks. Looking to get more involved in note buying. I have been looking into many different note buying “Guru’s”, would like to know from members what there experience is with the note buying “Gurus” out there. Does one stand out over the others? Also does anyone know who to contact at one of the big banks, i.e. BOA, Wells Fargo, Chase…

thanks
