I have used many funders over the past 6 years. Where I feel that this particular funder may be difficult in using, others feel they are great. It basically comes down to whether the help and performance of the funder meets your needs. To answer your question, I have used in the past and their performance was average.

I am new to the note industry. I have been reading this, and other sites dealing with note buying and selling.

I have been looking around for a good source to sell my seller financed notes, when I received an email from about a note buyer located at www.fsbmc.com.

Anyone heard of these people or sold them anything?
