I have 5 condo conversion opportunities in the state of FL. (5 million to 74 million in cost) I have to work directly with the buyers, not through any brokers. Are you the direct buyers?

condo conversions (100 units or more), exclusive pocket listings office buildings for re-adaptive use land for residential and commercial development, i.e. waterfront and large properties located in Florida to the northeast areas of the U.S. Strong Markets only, Cash Deals, 8 million and above. preference is brand new products, which perhaps, the builder hasn?t totally completed and we can go in and start doing our work of converting. We are looking anywhere on the East coast but will not rule out anything in the state.
