Non seasoned loans? - Posted by Daniel Rodriguez PA

Are lenders still doing no seasoning refinances in today’s market? For example, could someone rehab a property with a hard money loan and then refinance once the work is completed? And are there any particual differences between seasoned refinances and non-seasoned refinances?
Thank you,

Where can I find a lender (non-FHA) who will refinance a home when the co-owner we need to use for purposes of the loan has only 90 days seasoning?
