I personally am working with jeff charme at future funding in marietta. he’s been doing my loans for a couple of years. he’s doing non-season refis with greenpoint mortgage. Either contact him or find someone else, that works with greenpoint. his ph# is 770-953-1049. Also Allied mortgage is doing those non-seasoned, but their rates have jumped in the past 2 months. Allied 8.25%-8.4% , greenpoint around 7%
you do need to have good credit, though.
