What is a non-recourse loan? I have ability to buy properties outright in my Roth IRA but do not want to use my cash. I would rather finance inside the IRA and use other people’s money (OPM). I understand a non-recourse loan is the only way. Can anyone help me with info. on a non-recourse loan? Thanks.
