First, turn off the Caps, it’s considered yelling.

In regards to the non-conforming use there is an insurance rider available for just that purpose. Talk to your agent. If they don’t know about it, get a new agent.

To find a lender you might try the Finance Forum. The host, Ed Garcia, has extensive lender contacts throughout CA (and the nation for that matter).

I’M LOOKING FOR A LENDER TO FINANCE THE PURCHASE (10-20% DOWN)OF A CURRENTLY RESIDENTIAL 4 PLEX BUT IS NON-CONFORMING TO CURRENT (NEW) ZONING OF COMMERCIAL/OFFICE IN CA MAKING A REBUILD DIFFICULT IN CASE OF FIRE. ANY SUGGESTIONS?
