You could by its Articles,Resolutions and Operating Agreement in your LLC, name a Manager and authorize him/her/it to sign paperwork and otherwise run and operate as stated.

Just make sure the Manager is somebody you really trust (and who is bonded and insured, like lawyer in big law firm or CPA) so you don’t end up in court against this Mgr, etc.

I’ve used a biz lawyer in 100+ member law firm to do this as he and they represent thousands of LLCs and Corps for their clients.

Hi folks,

I am a new investor, and real estate agent. I was wanting to have a person sign paperwork on behalf of my LLC. They will not hold any interest in the LLC. Is there away to do this? I am in Florida if that matters.

If so what paperwork or resulition do I need to prepare?

Regards,
Adam
