There has been numerous discussions about the nodiscount selling system. You might want to try searching a little harder.
It’s an excellent tool for getting buyers.
They also have a partnership program where agents and investors can use the company sites nodiscount.com and 3offers.com to capture sellers.
I have not used it to get sellers but have learned a lot about getting buyers.

Rich, go to nodiscount.com/discussion and read click on complaints, criticism, and problems.
Not very many people are unhappy with the product. Most sites post customer testimonials but few will make room for complaints.
The program is worth every cent if you follow it.
