Hi John,
I was considering ordering your course Millions of Mortgages in Minutes, but was wanting to verify something first. I spent over $5000 dollars two years ago taking a class on buying notes. My problem was and still is I can’t find any notes to broker. Their advice on finding notes was to go to the courthouse. I spent day after day after day (you get the point)sifting through the microfiche looking for noteholders. I found maybe 40 or so and sent them letters and received no response.
My question is: Is your course going to recommend I go back to the courthouse? If so, then I’ll have to pass b/c I CAN’T take another day in the courthouse going crazy looking at thousands of deeds to only find 40. PLEASE tell me there’s another way.
I hope this post doesn’t come off as challenging towards you but rather a plea for help. I really want to incorporate note buying into my real estate investment.

Initially, I was going to aim this at catching

It is impossible for me to say what you could

I have viewed John’s tapes and he absolutely talks about going to the courthouse.
He talks about how that is the biggest waste of your time, yet that is the method that most ‘gurus’ teach.
I am just getting started, so I can’t claim any results - yet - but I firmly believe John’s tapes/books will definitely be worth the money.
