I think you might try to find a job first for cash flow. Real estate investing is good for long term wealth building and some quick cash flows but it can not replace steady job income in the beginning.
Other thing you might do is partner with some one who has money but not time. Then you can do your own deals later.
I lost my job in December and have to use all my “saved” money plus, had to run up my credit. I am extremely interested in RE investing and very motivated. I have researched REO’s and also am interested in rehabs. How in the world do I get the money???
