Yes, there are NO DOCs refi. But most lenders will end up doing STATED income instead.
What you want is NINA–no income no asset. You will need good credit , high scores for these.

No doc loan is one of he product offered by Fannie mae and so most of the lenders do offer no doc programs. If you talk to a local broker, they will have some no doc programs. The LTV’s are in the range of 90% and the rate depends on LTV and credit score.
Also, you might need a field review from lender to justify appraised value.
