The tenant pays insurance, taxes & maintenance, either directly or by bill back from the owner.

Can someone please explain what costs are associated in NNN versus what exactly a Full Service lease expactions are for landlord.
I’m looking at a 8,000’ warehouse purchase that has historically leased out at .30/ft NNN, which is cheap. Who pays property taxes in NNN?
