Here’s the info I can give…
Its a branch of a well known bank with drive thru access. It is leased until 2007 for 26,400/year NNN, with a 5 year option after that for 30,400. It is very ideally located next to a successful grocery store in the main section of town in PA. Its a steal if you can purchase it cash because high income people can’t find NNN properties under 500K and if you want to put a new bank in, the going rates for rents are significantly higher than that. Asking is 330K…any ideas as to how to purchase this? Anyone have any interest in buying this?
