In my experience retail NNN deals pay rent monthly… in fact I’ve never seen otherwise.

Hi all.

I know someone that wants to invest in NNN deals through her IRA. She thinks she will probably borrow some of the money and was asking if they typically pay monthly or quarterly. She figures if they pay monthly she knows she will cash flow.

Anyone know what is normal on NNN deals of, say, $500,000 or so?
