What are the terms of the existing financing?
What is the actual cashflow of the building?
What is your personal situation, i.e. credit rating, cash on hand, access to credit lines or financing?

I have this deal the owners are absentee they are flexible in terms they’re asking $275,000 with $50,000 down I know I could probably get this with very little down what do you think what should I offer the building is a 3-unit. help would be greatly appreciated.
